Ok, I know it’s spelled Turkeys but it just seemed like a fun title for a blog. Thanksgiving is just around the corner which means the guys and I are getting a much needed break. This Fall has been one of our best yet. We have been having an amazing time out with Acquire the Fire and can’t wait to kick it up another notch in the Spring.
I filled out an interview for CCM magazine the other day talking about giving thanks and it really reminded me of all God has blessed me with. It’s really quite amazing when you take a step back, and look at your life how much you really have to be thankful for. So that said I would just encourage everyone this season, as cliche as it might be, to take a moment and regardless of your situation, give thanks to the Lord for what He’s blessed you with. Also we’d love to hear about it here on the blog! Leave us a comment about some of the things you’re especially grateful for this season!

Besides a great family, a loving God and church, awesome friends, and a car and roof over my head, I am so thankful God has blessed me with a job. And not just a job, but a job I love! I was out of work for about 6 months or so, and recently got a job at a daycare. I couldn’t ask for anything better! =)

Though our Thanksgiving here in Canadialand’s over, I’d say I am thankful for every blessing I receive everyday… each morning… God, His love, the blessing of faith, trust, hope, strength, and wisdom, my life, my family, friends, my church, the sun, the rain, music, love, LOLs, my job, my boss, the postman I see on Mondays, the mister who comes in for seniors’ swim time who never fails to say hi, the lil hugs from the kids at my afterschool program job, the bus driver, the inventor of stapler… and a lot more… and of course! my beloved, most adored, ultimate favourite, dearest, my darling, most cherished, super precious, much loved -band- of all time… Oh don’t pretend you don’t know! (Pretend to purse lips while eyes rollin’)

I’m just thankful to be where I am today. I’ve gone through some really rough times in the past three years, and God has been faithful to me even when I’m not always faithful to Him. He’s constantly reminded me of just how important I am to Him, even though my mind and the world is telling me otherwise. I’m not quite through it all, but I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I can feel God’s hand in mine leading me to it. Also, I’m so unbelievably thankful for each one of you guys. Pat, Ben, Christian, JR, and Dasher, ever since I discovered your music, it’s helped me tremendously and I can’t thank you enough!
P.S. Sorry this was kind of depressing! I had to let you guys know how much you mean to me!

I’m thankful to have experienced God’s love and spread his love and know what it’s like not to have enough of it..
I’m thankful to have role models in my life that do care what their fans think about them.
I’m thankful I live in America and have a toilet that flushes toilet paper.. (Mexico and other countries)
I’m thankful that I have been blessed with a talent that God is just beginning to unfold before my eyes, and that I have the oppurtunity sit back, watch, and wait for a miracle unravel before my eyes, and move to the next level.
Lastly, I’m happy to still be alive.

I am so blessed it’s hard to name everything I’m thankful for. I’m especially thankful for a God, that loves us and will still forgive us even if we keep messing up, I’m thankful for food when I’m hungry and water when I’m thirsty, I’m thankful for a mom and a dad, I’m thankful for the oppertunity to learn, an oppertunity to make a future for myself, and like Danielle, the freedom to belive in Jesus and being able to worship him openly. I am thankful for a healty body, I’m thankful I don’t have any serious allergys especially food allergys, and I’m thankful that God loves so much we can’t even fathom it, and we have the oppertunity to share it with everyone else. If you really look at your life, you can find things to be thankful for everywhere, and I just think people forget that. I know this is a little late, it’s already December first, but you can always thank God for what he has givin you.
i’m thankful that I have a God who loves me no matter what I do
I’ve been going through allot in my life and didn’t know where to turn… I head some one say something about turing to God for your problems and… well every thing. So I did. I’ve gotten so much loser to God its really great! I’ve gotten to see the way I was before and how I changed and its just really something. I feel like I fell into to much sin so I asked God for forgiveness and I feel so much greater than before. God is amazing! and every thing He does.
